Frequently asked questions
Can I return or exchange gas cylinders?
Eligible unopened and unused refrigerant cylinders may be returned within 30 days after delivery with prior written approval. Opened, used, discharged, refilled, or tampered cylinders are not eligible for return. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
How fast and reliable is shipping?
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Friday and weekend orders are processed the following Monday. Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days after shipment. Every cylinder is securely packaged for safe transport. Should anything happen in transit, our team will be ready to assist right away.
Why does the shipping label weight differ from the product weight I purchased?
The weight shown on the shipping label may be a pre-declared or billing weight used by the carrier for shipment processing. It may not always match the actual net weight of the refrigerant cylinder.
Please rest assured that this does not affect the product you receive and does not require any additional payment. The cylinder you receive will match the product weight listed on the product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout, such as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available payment methods may vary depending on device, browser, and checkout eligibility.
