Return Policy

Before sending any return, please contact us at support@freoncold.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the unopened product and packaging. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

For non-defective returns, including change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

lf you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we will assist with an exchange, partial refund, or approved return.
